Weight lifting and body conditioning training activities endow the student with a well developed body possessing utmost physical (and mental) stamina and strength. This enables a student to withstand the tough sessions he faces while learning the actual MMA and Muay Thai techniques.Students in each class burn a minimum of 800 calories! |

Muay Thai:
Under the expert supervision of Kru Ken Rose, the student works on the various techniques with pads, focus mitts, heavy bags; practicing punches, kicks, knee techniques, elbow strikes, while developing punching power, elbow strikes, etc. Sparring and clinching are two other significant elements of the training. |
Russian Grappling/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
Russian Grappling/jiu-jitsu are a blend two great ground protection and fighting techniques, When the techniques are perfected, they are perfect applications for personal self-defense and MMA.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes techniques and involving and also found in numerous other arts with or without ground fighting emphasis. The premise is that most of the advantage of a larger, stronger opponent comes from superior reach and more powerful strikes, both of which are somewhat negated when grappling on the ground. |

Thai Boxing Aerobic Training:
Training for weight loss/body fitness a utility as a weight loss measure - The training can be of phenomenal use even if you are just looking for weight loss and/or body grooming. All its components – running, skipping, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, etc. - are highly effective in helping you develop a well toned body. |
Competition Training: Fighter Conditioning- Be prepared for a stringent training session if you aspire to be a Muay Thai or MMA fighter. The followings will constitute the core part of your training:
- Running – It will be one essential element of your training.
- Stretching –Stretching is considered important prior to activities that focus on controlled muscular strength and flexibility, as it happens during Muay Thai training.
- Shadow boxing –It is a great way to prepare your muscles before stronger physical activities. Besides, it will help you to maintain your rhythm.
- Bag work –It is a highly effective way to develop conditioning and muscle memory.
- Pad work–Pad is at the center of the Muay Thai training, helping in the practice on the timing on the punches, kicks, knees and elbow strikes.
- Rope jumping/Skipping –Apart from warming up your body, it also helps you develop your stamina and co-ordination.
- Medicine ball– The medicine ball roughly the size of a basketball is used to enhance the strength of the trainee's abdominal muscles and will help you learn how to take a body punch from an opponent.
- Grappling –You will learn various grappling leverage submissions to be used during a fight. You will also learn moves to counter various submission attempts by your opponent. Grappling forms a quintessential component of the MMA training.
- Sparring – Sparring – usually a light to medium contact exercise - forms a major part of the MMA and Muay Thai training program. It will be your means to test technique, skills, range, strategy, and timing against a partner. During sparring you can put into use all the MMA and Muay Thai techniques that you have learned.
- Clinch work – In clinch work you learn techniques of stand-up grappling. You are taught to grapple your partner for the better position. The idea is either to set him up for knee strikes or to topple him by pulling or knocking him off balance.
- Body weight resistance exercises – Push-ups, squats, squat thrusts, pull-ups, dips, etc. They will help you in developing your athleticism (balance, body control, coordination).
